Job Summary:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and supporting building construction activities at the project site. The role ensures that daily operations are executed efficiently and in accordance with approved construction drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
i) Supervise and monitor all ongoing civil construction work at the site.
ii) Ensure execution of work as per structural and architectural drawings, BOQ, and construction schedule.
iii) Maintain daily site progress reports, labor attendance records, and material tracking logs.
iv) Verify line, level, and plumb of all construction elements, including brickwork, RCC, plaster, etc.
v) Ensure proper curing, shuttering, bar bending, and concreting practices.
vi) Coordinate with contractors, masons, and labor teams to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
vii) Enforce site safety measures, maintain housekeeping standards, and ensure proper use of PPE.
viii) Report site-related issues or discrepancies in drawings to the Project Manager promptly.
ix) Inspect materials before use and raise requisitions for necessary supplies.
x)Record measurements and assist in quantity estimation.
Qualification / Experience:
Diploma Engineers: 5–8 years of relevant experience in building construction.
Additional Preferences:
Experience in real estate, commercial buildings, or multi-storied construction projects.
